The inaugural East Coast Selene Rendezvous was held in the beautiful coastal village of Solomons, Maryland September 14th-16th.
Situated near the gateway to Pacific Northwest cruising, Anacortes is a trawler heavy city with a picturesque backdrop – a great combination and exactly what visitors hope for!
Is there any better destination for the first TrawlerFest of the year? With attendees flying in from all over the country to get their trawler fix, the welcoming Florida weather is an added bonus for those flying away from the snow!

Just over an hour north of Seattle is the seaside city of Anacortes. It is a bustling community with a history of seafaring and a passion for trawlers.
Hurray, it was fun to be a part of an in-person TrawlerFest again. Stuart, Florida is a great location for trawler cruisers to congregate and the beautiful scenery mixed with the ideal temperatures and clear skies made the Hutchinson Island Marriott a fabulous venue to kick off the first TrawlerFest of the 2022 schedule.
Boaters from all over the United States converged in Baltimore, Maryland to attend the 2021 TrawlerFest, also known as the Baltimore Inner Harbor Boat Show. As a result of the ongoing Covid 19 pandemic, this was the one and only in person TrawlerFest of 2021.
TrawlerFest is a traditional event that trawler enthusiasts look forward to all year long. Over the last few years there has been an annual gathering in three different geographic regions: Seattle, Washington, Baltimore, Maryland and Stuart, Florida.
This past week we participated in the TrawlerFest on Hutchinson Island in Stuart, FL. Stuart was the first event of the 2020 TrawlerFest series, and we enjoyed starting the year in pleasant weather with a large group of trawler enthusiasts.
